If I would give more stars I could, can't thank the staff more for their recent help. Sent a picture of a window problem and as I was local they advised to come down for the part - easily repaired window and no more draughts now! Can't recommend them highly enough thank you so very much I needed a multi point lock for a UPVC back door. I tried local providers but they were unable to tel me which of a range of options was the correct one. However, a local lock smith recommended Northwest Hardware, so I contacted them and they asked for photos, which i sent. They asked for some additional info including specific measurements and at the end of some To- ing and Fro-ing they referred me to a specific lock on their web site. I purchased this on their advice and it arrived today. It was the correct one, fitted fine and was a fraction of the price others were quoting. I am so impressed. Thanks Guys. Fantastic service. Ordered a new lock mechanism online, thought I'd ordered the wrong part so emailed in the evening not expecting a reply. Glenn replied and was emailing me until 9pm to help guide me through what I needed to do. Great customer service. Thanks once again for your help. Excellent service. Our door lock strip had failed, probably 30 years old, so no-one making the parts any more. NW Hardware were able to supply an alternative part that fits, very good price, very quick delivery. I was so relieved, thinking I might have to buy a whole new door. Thank you!

Needed a replacement for an ancient broken door handle to a conservatory A call to Northwest Hardware on a Monday pm. and speaking to Rob, who was brilliantly patient whilst I took the appropriate measurements to identify the part. It was shipped promptly and I received the part at 8.30 am Tuesday morning. Tremendously efficient and utterly professional service from a first class company.

Had cause to visit Stockport branch this week. Counter staff are polite, welcoming, well informed and very helpful. Their help saved me over £30 today, and they fitted the door lock to the UPVC door fitting for me there and then. Highly recommended!

This company is a disgrace; their actions demonstrate a clear attempt to avoid any responsibility. I initially ordered a handle from this company and everything seemed fine. However, upon ordering the same item again, everything changed. What I received from the Warrington branch was a short version, which was not what I wanted. When I raised a complaint, they exchanged it for a medium version, which was the same size but had a different screw position from the standard version. When I requested an exchange, the Warrington staff informed me that because I ordered online, they couldn't process an exchange. They advised me to first refund online and then place a new order. After I initiated the refund, I was shocked to discover a 20% fee deducted without prior notification. They claimed it was my mistake, denying me a full refund, and abruptly ended the conversation. I will never recommend this company.
