Usually the staff are really friendly and helpful. However today I admittedly lost track of time and had to be told it was closing time so promptly left the shop as asked. Once outside I needed to change my son's nappy in his pram before we went on public transport home as it was soiled. In a quiet corner of the car park I quickly changed him, took about 3 minutes and just as I was about to leave on foot the lady staff felt the need to come outside of the store and ask us to leave again. I felt this was rude and unnecessary. I had already left the store politely and quickly when they told me they had to shut. But there's no need to watch us outside, see that an infant needs attending to for a few minutes and tell us to go. We were already leaving and trust me we will not be returning due to this behaviour. Not a family friendly place as the staff clearly have no common sense. That issue aside I do like the selection on offer although its overpriced. On other occasions I have visited staff have been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they must have hired a bunch of jobsworth since then. But I'd like to say the male member of staff in the outdoor area was very nice, just the ladies inside really annoyed me.

Well established business centre with various production of materials, plant garden, salt water and fresh water fishes,variety of business like clothe item,cards and decoration items.Nice restaurant inside serve delicious eatables and coffee.

It’s not often I leave reviews but I visited the Ashton store yesterday to buy some climbing plants. I’m certainly no expert in this field so decided to ask for some help. I was helped by a gentleman with ginger hair and beard (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) and what an amazing guy he was. His passion and knowledge was infectious and he had all the time in the world to go through all the different types of climbers and the pros and cons of each one. I will definitely be returning as the staff there are fantastic. Thank you 🙏🏻

Great quality Plants, You can join a Members club (£12 for 12 months) for a 10% discount on Plants etc from the Garden Center as well as offers in the restaurant which serves nice food. There is also Maidenhead Aquatics, Edinburgh Woolen Mill, Tresspass and a outdoor hot tub/spa shop on site.
