It says 45 mins on the website but the food arrived after 2h. We called them after 1,5h to find out if there is something wrong and they said it should be at our house in 10 mins but it took another 30 mins as if they forgotten about the order and were quickly making it. I would rate the food for 3 but in general 1 star from me. I don t think I will order here again. I get it that it is busy time of the day but they should inform their customers via the website, SMS or email.

Have used ocean palace quite regularly and food is usually ok to good for chinese delivery but our latest experience was very poor, food was cold, chips seemed they were from last week & re heated, ordered crispy duck & pancakes , that was a joke , not even sure it was duck ! The pancakes were all stuck together & impossible to separate, also ordered couple of sausages for our dogs but they also looked very anemic & undercooked , the dogs even turned their nose up at them !

Ordered via Uber the special Udon noodles £7.80 & fried rice £4.20 which tasted ok. I have never had Udon noodles before so i don't know if its authentic. I have also tried their Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken but i found it to be very chewy & saturated in grease. So overall it can be hit & miss depending on what you order, also prices are a bit higher than other Chinese chippies in the area. A plus is with their packaging on some meals where they use foil trays & a cardboard lid which is better for recycling, however on others they put it in a plastic container. Not sure why. £4 delivery is high considering i live only a mile away but i see they have since reduced it to 29p on Uber.

We order this from quite a distance as we have tried Chinese takeaways from all over but this beats everyone hands down. We try something different each time we order and every meal we have had has been delicious 😋 We won't be ordering from elsewhere now, our favourite place xx
