All bikes we sell come with a comprehensive warranty as standard. Not your run of the mill warranty, but a real warranty that will truly help you when you need it the most. We also look after you 24/7 if you are stuck at the roadside! Whether that is a mechanical failure OR as simple as a puncture, we can look after you! Not one of our members of staff is trained to push you into a sale. Nobody is on a commission or targets to help ensure this remains our policy. We give honest advice about all our bikes, products & services. Yes we have suggested to people not to buy before now. You need to be buying the right thing for you, not buying for the sake of it. We are not a “Buy Any Bike” service. We carefully select the bikes we sell and inspect every single bike before and after purchasing to a high standard. We then do a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) at the point of sale to again check the bike for any safety concerns. If it needs a repair, it has a repair BEFORE it leaves. We cover this cost before the bike leaves, we don’t leave this for the warranty to cover it after it has left. Wow the service provided from this company as a whole is just immaculate couldn’t ask for better service, these guys are not about selling you a bike and doing their job they really do go above and beyond weather it means going out their own time to satisfy the customer or just the quality service they provide all year round. Couldn’t thank Nick enough for his help etc really do recommend these guys for all your bike repairs/purchases etc
