Item released from customs on Wednesday, but website only updated to say I needed to pay customs on Thursday and that they needed two days to deliver, so I paid online as not to miss out on delivery by the end of the week but to pay, I had to select a delivery day and the first day I could select was Saturday. A slip arrived on Friday saying I can collect at the DO and also pay there, went to the delivery office on Friday, told them I had already paid and wanted to collect but I was told I can't collect it as it has been sent to the other side of the building (as I was forced to select Saturday as my delivery day) and the person at the counter couldn't leave it and it's 200 (steps away or something ), also had his manager on the phone as he appeared to be new, so why send a slip to say come collect, and why send the slip two days after it was released from customs? If I had already paid, then why not give the option online to collect form the delivery office on Thursday or Friday, and if I had paid then why send a slip through my door telling me to come collect??? Just poor really.

absolute waste of space! my delivery was due today (Sunday 14 April) received a text message to say out for delivery between 7.30am to 7.30pm. got a message through at 1.21pm to say that Sorry, we are unable to deliver your parcel as no one was in!!! I WAS IN MY HOUSE ALL DAY!!! LIARS!! couldn't be bothered to deliver it thats why

Terrible delivery service! I was at home and waiting for my package. The courier sent a message that he is unable access to address! He is a liar. No one was at my address. I was at home.

Closed, you can’t find a delivery office in all Manchester.
