The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable, even about older, vintage watches. Stark contrast to the authorised dealers for that other well-known Swiss watch brand with the crown logo. Not an awful lot of stock in last time I went, although it was just after lockdown. Got to try on some lovely pieces with no pressure to buy, and also got my current Omega serviced through them with no issues (and returned earlier than forecast). Great brand, great staff, great watches.

Wanted to write about a good experience I had here at the omega boutique. I’ve bought watches and been to omega boutiques before and the staff are usually rude (Barcelona & Manchester Piccadilly) However I came here and was greeted with kindness and respect. I tried on some watches which I was interested and had my other watch polished. Despite not making a purchase this was the best I’ve been treated in a watch boutique so I wanted to say a thank you to Crystal for providing a great experience for me and actually managing to get one of my friends interested in watches too. Thank you.
