Having used One Stop previously, to fit our bathroom, we knew what we would be getting. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and first class design / ideas. This time we asked Paul and Andy to propose and design our new kitchen/dinner. This would involve knocking a wall down between our existing kitchen and dining room. We are very pleased with the completed project, which has been finished within the proposed time frame. The quality of workmanship was top class, all Paul’s team were very friendly, polite, worked hard and were a pleasure to have in and around our house. All in all a job well done and we would certainly happily recommend One Stop as the company to go with when considering home improvement projects. Jimmy & Pat Miller Timperley.

Our cold, dark kitchen/dining room has been transformed into a fabulous bright, warm modern space. Everyone at One Stop was so professional and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the units is exceptional, as was the workmanship of Paul the fitter. We were quite nervous of the size of the job, but the project manager Paul guided us, with the great patience, taking our initial ideas and translating them into a workable solution. The friendly office staff were always available to keep us updated and deal with our queries and the the builders, electricians and plumbers treated us and our property with respect. All in all, we couldn't fault the way the project was handled from start to finish. The all important after service has also been exemplary.

We went to One Stop because we wanted all aspects of the job to be project managed for us. Paul listened carefully to all our ideas and produced an excellent schedule of work and involved us in decision making throughout the project. One Stop had previously refurbished a bathroom for us to a high standard and we had confidence to then use them again for our kitchen. After which we asked them to provide an extension with bi fold doors, 2 en-suite bathrooms and other work including under floor heating, oak floors throughout, new roof and large patio area. We are so pleased we chose One Stop, every one of the work team were highly skilled and took pride in their work, and were so pleasant and considerate, leaving us every day with tidiness and safety thoroughly checked. Paul was on top of every aspect throughout the job with his advice and technical knowledge. In the future if we ever needed any more work done on our house One Stop would be our first choice to call.

We are very pleased with the refurbishment of our kitchen. All the doors, plinths, pelmets and end panels were updated. The many questions we asked were fully explained and even the curved door 'problem' was resolved. The communication of the whole team was extremely good, the workmanship was outstanding and the project ran very smoothly.

The whole team at One Stop Home Improvements were excellent when planning and installing our kitchen renovation. We are delighted with the results and have used this company for our home improvements for over 20 years.
