I use this Post Office regularly and all the staff are very helpful. I use them for banking, foreign exchange and post. Occasionally I need change for my business and they always help me out. Its very refreshing these days to find a Post Office that actually cares about the customer and provides great service.

Need to work on customer service skills, and open another till when the line almost out the door, seriously, there was a person sat next to the other desk doing nothing! Not to mention the knock of products there selling Not actually spoke the owner as I've heard he's really nice, just please if your spending over 30mins with one person with only one till open ask if they can wait whilst you serve the rest of the customers, or at least apologise to the other costumers whilst they wait
