We hired a mini bus to take our family of 10 to a birthday trip to Manchester and then back. . Jamie was excellent, he turned up on time, the bus was clean and tidy. He was so friendly and nothing too much trouble. He then picked us all up and took us home. The booking process was easy enough, I rang and they sent me a quote and deposit details. Would definitely recommend and use Park Lane again and ask for Jamie. Just brilliant.

The drivers think the own the road. They expect you to reverse about 50 meters. When it would have been easier for them to reverse back a few feet. They sit shaking their heads like it's the cars fault. When there are parked cars on both sides.

We used Park Lane minibus for a trip to Southampton and to be collected the week later. Jamie our driver was absolutely fantastic, he couldn't have been anymore helpful and pleasant! It was a long drive down and he had to drive back to Manchester and repeat the following week which was an early start for him! Jamie was extremely friendly, nothing too much trouble especially with 11 people on board! would definitely use again and will be requesting Jamie as the driver if he's available! credit to the company !

Fantastic service from start to finish, very professional ! We were a party of 9 needing Manchester Airport transport there and back. We had to be out early in the morning. Not a problem at all, Ash turned up promptly and picked us up from Manchester Airport when we returned as promised. Vehicle was excellent, couldn’t have asked for more and won’t hesitate to use again or to recommend. Thanks for a great service!

One if your drivers has just caused chaos in Edgeley, Stockport. Ignorant man drove toward me down a street with no room to take over...sat having a drink expecting me to reverse whilst other cars piled up behind me....proper wally
