I highly recommend Pawmates for all your pets services. Jo feeds my cats when I’m away and I know they’ll be well-looked after. Jo always sends photo updates, and she even took my cat to the vet when I was away on holiday. Exellent service!

Jo looked after our cat for us whilst we were away. Upon first meeting it was clear Jo was willing to go above and beyond, visiting twice a day if we wanted. We received regular updates whilst away, including photos and came home to a very happy cat! We would recommend Jo to anyone in the area looking for help with their pet.

Jo looked after our senior cat Ariel whilst we were on holiday recently. She made sure to pop round during the time of day when Ariel would be awake which was nice to know. She also sent us daily updates of our grumpy girl. Our timid rescue dog Lizzie also took a shine to Jo when she popped round the the initial meet & great so I’m sure we will use Jo’s dog walking service in the future too. You can see that Jo really cares about the animals which is what you want when can’t be with them yourself.

I would highly recommend Jo as a dog walker. She has been so patient, flexible and understanding with my very nervous 8 month old puppy! Jo is also very communicative and reliable, she always texts when she's on the way and keeps me updated with pictures!
