Could not recommend more! We hired Payal as external caterers for our wedding in October 21. The team are all so nice & helped with any queries we had before hand. Their perfect suggestions at the tasting and built us a fantastic menu. Everything was delicious on the day (unbelievably good) from the canapés, starters, mains and deserts. The team even packed up any leftovers for us to take home which has kept us going. Amazing from start to finish.

I would highly recommend payal for big events, their food quality and presentation is second to none. The service is very efficient, with all members of staff working as a team to ensure the service is on spot on. I hired them for my big fat asian wedding and everyone complimented the food on the day, the curries and canapes were extremely tasteful and the service was speedy and professional. Sean the General Manager was fantastic to liaise with, he is very responsive, friendly and able to deal with tasks at hand. Thank you Sean for your hard work and assistance on the months/days leading up to my big day and thank you to your team.

Had my wedding reception on 12.09.21 and Payal events did my canapes and food catering. All I can say is that Payal did a fantastic job catering and the food was amazing! The food got so many compliments and was fresh, delicious and most of all exactly on time according to my wedding programme. I have had my wedding postponed few times before this and throughout my whole planning experience Sunny has been super professional and great. I would definitely recommend Payal and will hopefully be using them again for any future events. Thank you again Sunny I had high expectations and you did not disappoint! Maryam

Went to Payal for a tasting, hoping to choose them to cater for our upcoming wedding. We had tried their food at family weddings in the past so knew it was good and had plenty of recommendations. However, they have recently changed owner and it looks like their services have most definitely gone downhill. At the tasting, we were served the leftover food from customers they had had earlier in the day therefore not fresh food even though their main 'selling point' is that their food is always fresh. I had specifically asked for not traditional Pakistani food however, this is mainly what we were served. Some of the chicken was raw, the prawns were very chewy and definitely had not been cooked properly. The rice tasted like it had been reheated from earlier and the whole family had upset stomachs the day after. We were sent an email straight after the tasting telling us what the price would be to which I responded with an email to say we were disappointed by the tasting however, were still willing to give them a chance since we had tried their great food in the past. We got no response. We also tried calling them and sent Anu a WhatsApp message however received no response. Very disappointing and bad customer service.
