What an amazing discovery to find a tradesman that is genuine, punctual, communicative and does a fantastic job at a very reasonable cost. Tom has replaced all our hard-wired smoke / heat detectors as well as diagnosing two electrical issues and rectifying them. Brilliant chap and now saved as my preferred 'sparky'

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tom for helping us with a couple of things. He fitted a new consumer unit, an EV charger, lots of downlights and sockets throughout the house as well as doing a full EICR check. Great service and excellent communications from Tom. Will definitely be using Payne Electrical Services again!

Tom was recommended on the Urmston Facebook page as someone reliable to help sort our oven. At first he thought it was working as we were getting some heat from the grill but we found a few days later it still wasn’t heating up. Tom came back and spent time on the phone with the manufacturer to figure it out and get it sorted. It’s now fixed and at a reasonable price, appreciated him returning and persevering to get it done. Can’t ask for more than that. Would recommend.

I needed an electrician for a few different jobs. Tom's reviews were that good that I decided to wait for him to return from his travels to get the jobs done. He did not disappoint, his work was thorough and precise, and he came back a few days later promptly to follow up on a minor issue. Will use again!

Needed a plug socket moving following installation of fibre broadband - Tom responded to a message quickly and came over the same day. Brilliant work, nice bloke and reliable!
