horrible agency that discriminates against people on benefits/self employed. this culture of expecting a full grown adult to provide a guarantor is insane. I'm not a child. disgrace

Rented my flat with penine estates on a full management basis, things were fine initially until I started having trouble with the tenant being late with the rent every month. I felt like I was constantly chasing pennine to see why I hadn't received it, in the end I had to serve a section 21 notice. As soon as pennine realised there would be no more money in it for them Fred's demeanour changed he was arrogant, unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. I asked numerous times in writing for him to produce evidence that periodics checks had been done at the property and before and after photos had been taken of the property due to the state it had been left in. To date they have been unable to produce these or offer a valid explanation as to why. If you value your property do not trust them with it.

Been with the agency (Fred and Emma) for more than 4 years Never had any issues Always easy to get hold of and if anything needed doing or fixing it was sorted . I would highly recommend the agency!!! Thank you for everything guys 😊🙏
