We ordered a £100 dog bed from them at 1.37pm, the dispatch as from their website states if orders are before 12pm items will go out straight away if not then it will go out next day They marked the Item as dispatched, but few days later no tracking number given. Contacted them today to ask for tracking number and they say the bed has not gone out as it is damaged so they are waiting for a new inner from the manufacturer, but they found it ok to mark it as dispatched and not tell me the bed is damaged. This bed should be classed as a second, or customer return and not be selling it as new. Our first order with this company will be our last. They only let me know that the bed was damaged when i contacted them first and asked for the tracking number as it was marked as dispatched and then admitted it was not sent out. They never contacted me to let me know their was a problem with the bed and to offer a refund or alternative, they were just hoping that the replacement part they ordered arrived quickly. They should of contacted us once they realised the bed was damaged, before even marking it as dispatched. The bed is a damaged item, which will have a new part, this bed should not be sold as new, its refurbished as it has been damaged and repaired.

Very good products at competitive prices, I unfortunately ordered the wrong product but returns and refund policy was grea, quick and easy with personal touch.

Brilliant customer service. I have ordered from Percy’s Pets several times. Prices are very competitive, the ordering process is simple and delivery is quick. There was a quality issue with my latest order but this was resolved very quickly. My query via the contact form was answered within half an hour and a replacement sent by next day delivery.

Bought horse wooden shavings and its not dry, smells weird and mouldy. WIll have to dispose somehow this maaaasssive giant 25kg bag. Im very sad with this. Never had this problem before - but I believe it wasnt stored correctly and got some humidity moisture - so now it moulddy bedding

Communication has been spot on, Donna has been very helpful regarding a product that was not in stock. She ensured it was delivered right away once she had the item my dog wanted. Thank you soo much and I most certainly would 100% recommend.
