Person Centered Care Services are a domiciliary care provider based in Stalybridge and caring for the communities of Tameside and The High Peak. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide care services in people's homes and all areas of our business were rated good following our recent CQC Inspection. Our minimum visit duration is 30 minutes, although we can provide care/support, if required, up to 24 hours per day, this allows us to keep our loved ones at home who may require around the clock care. We aim to provide a high quality and reliable service to older people and people with disabilities who require care and wish to remain in their own homes. We also provide Community Support Services and Social Inclusion throughout Tameside and The High Peak.
