Disgusting. Dead fish in all their tanks, all fish look horribly sick. When i told the cashier the poor girl said she was trying to sort it out but the management told her to "leave it for tomorrow" not going back. Do not buy fish here.

I stopped the vet plan because I'm sick of the ques and waiting around. The shop is well stocked but, again waiting around at the checkout is not fun. I avoid going these days however, they do a good selection of alternative dog food.

Very good experience today. Placed an order on line to pick up got a txt within 5 mins. Went to pick it up and got there and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They brought the order to the checkout and everything had been picked. Couldn't complain 5* service

We have been coming to Pets at home Ashton for a long period of time now for pet food & accessories, but recently we adopted two little bunnies (we are new rabbit owners) and I would like to give an outstanding review on a certain staff member Aleks. She’s been more than helpful, kind and supportive with our adoption process. Without her help, we would’ve never learnt the things we needed to know about our new bunnies. Pets at Home should give this girl a raise! She’s a brilliant staff member & a great person in general. Now I would like to also say the rest of team are brilliant too. But Aleks has seriously gone above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Another big shoutout to Mel! She’s absolutely wonderful. Always smiling & patient with us. Thank you! - Jack, Jonathan, Lilo & Boo. 🐰❤️

Very nice I managed to find two good chew ties for my dogs it was like a pressed foam but very solid it was also nice because my guinea pig passed away that day and I was sad and one of the store workers gave me a cuddle because they could see I was upset
