Had a lovely shopping experience getting my daughters first pet hamster. The lady was really helpful advising us on the right size cage etc and the girl at the till was patient while we set up our account on the app.

Decided to start keeping tropical fish again, visited the store and the staff did a really good job, friendly ordered a tank and stand online was in the store 2 days later asked a million questions and made it fun and I’m enjoying keeping fish again. The unit arrived damaged wasn’t happy, you can’t see it so I can’t take that away from the staff was a great place to visit and I visited a few 👏

Excellent shop for your pet needs. Today we went shopping with our puppy and a member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything we needed to know regarding the best food to keep our puppy well fed and healthy. He was a credit to the company.

Great store and great staff. The store is located in the far corner of the retail park near pc world. The store sells animal feed for domestic and wild animals and sells tropical fish, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, chinchilla etc. The store also has a vets and dog grooming parlour. Prices seem competitive and they have a loyalty card. Try and go early as Elk Mill car park is terrible after 10am..
