My recent visit to Pets at home left me with mixed feelings. While the shop had a decent selection of pet supplies, I found the overall experience to be underwhelming. The staff was kind however, I noticed that some of the items were overpriced compared to other stores. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to visit again.

I'm going to give this 5 stars, purely because it would be unfair to give it anything less. I could potentially give it less if I'd actually visited this shop. But I haven't. I have never stepped foot in this branch of pets at home in my life. I don't know what else to say really.

Heartbreaking. I had fish tank for over 5 years, mature plants and fishes then decided to add some tetras from Pets at Home. 2 weeks later all fishes were covered with white spot, I got treatment straight away but could not save any of them. All my fishes old and new died. I so regret buying fish from there. All my family is heartbroken. We loved them so much.

Nice to have lovely team helping out. We had adopted 2 guinea pigs. And their were adorable. And we being offered free vet consultation for next visit, all the informations given was so helpful. Thank you so much
