Where do I start! We have had such a brilliant experience with Wayne Scott and the team at this estate agent. Wayne went above and beyond our expectation of an estate agent. He really stepped in and helped us with our purchase, as well as dealing with our sale. He has made the whole process pleasurable, exciting and smooth. He has answered the phone when I ring, messaged me back (even in unsocial hours, his days off!) and kept us up to date with everything- amazing!! Thanks Wayne! Communication is the key with estate agents and the team at Philip James in Heaton Moor have got it sussed. We have been informed at every step of the process. We have felt really well looked after. Wow, where can I start? Whatever I write will not be fitting enough for all my gratitude to Wayne Scott. When Wayne came into my home to show us his services and explained the marketing campaign and how they work. I admit I was not convinced at the beginning thinking of course he is a salesman however what did come across was that Wayne was not pushy like some of the others i had met with. I opted to go with PJK. Due to there great reviews! and the professional presentation i received. To begin with the photography of my property sold my house to me, forget about anyone else! Wayne was on hand every step of the way and I’m pleased to say my property went under offer within two weeks for a figure that exceeded my original expectations. I was seeking to purchase another property Wayne went above and beyond to support me by liaising with the agent I was buying though. I knew right from the start I could trust Wayne to look after me all the way due to the sound advice he was given me from the outset. What touch my heart was when would answer my calls to respond to my text message and email correspondence out of hours and even on his day off! Really, who would do that? Amazing service by Lisa at Phillip James. Without her continuous efforts, I do not think I would have been able to sell my property. She kept in constant touch with the buyer, their solicitor, me and my solicitor, ironing out potential conflicts and keeping everyone in the loop. Very happy to pay the estate agent fee because without her help, this sale would not have gone through.
