At Phoenix Muay Thai Boxing there is something for everyone of any fitness level or experience. Our club offers Muay Thai Boxing to meet each students interests and needs. We have programmes available for men, women and children of all ages, in group classes or as private lessons. These programmes range from competition to cardio workouts. On the bank holiday Monday 29th August 2022, there will be a joint class for all ages from 7 pm till 8 pm. That means the adult class and the junior class will both be at 7pm. Junior’s book in via the app for 6 pm and come at 7 pm Adults book in via … The Return of the sparring class again, AGAIN! Friday 29th July 2022 7 pm till 8 pm, children and adults. – Students must be competent in Muay Thai which means no new starter. – Students must have member-to-member insurance. – Students must have the correct equipment, the right size … First of all, if you put in the effort, muay thai boxing gets you fit, fast! You definitely feel it the next day and I know I quickly see a difference in my general energy levels once I’m training regularly. Secondly there’s the brilliant positive atmosphere of this club. Everyone supports one another, no matter their level of ability or their goals, and I’ve always been made to feel so welcome, even if I’ve come back after long break away from training.

Started to join the gym after a divorce to getting my confidence back and Rick couldn’t be any better. I joined with a friend and he immediately made us feel welcome and very supportive in new members. Great vibe everyone else made us feel very welcoming and really looking forward to my weekly training.

I love Phoenix Muay Thai ... Everytime I go it's always good positive energy , everyone is always in a happy mood. The coaches are always so happy and friendly to everyone and as long as you bring a smile and have a bit of humor every lesson will go amazingly and you will never want to give it up
