I went in at very short notice for funeral order of services. Tony and Charlotte were fantastic, talked me through everything, checked my photos there and then, the proof arrived as promised, and everything was completed just when they said it would be. The finished print was amazing, even better than I had expected. Everyone else thought the same and said they were "just right" for Dad/grandad. The cost was less than I had thought, and I will certainly be recommending to anyone who needs anything. Thanks for making a stressful time more bearable. Marlene.

Had to leave a review because the service and value at Phoenix was so impressive! I needed posters printing on a very tight turnaround and they were able to do it for me with no fuss and no extra charge. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and will do everything they can to help you even if it means more work for them. The quality of the finished product is extremely high and excellent value, especially when you consider how quickly they are able to turn things around. Would highly recommend to other business owners.

I can't agree more with that review by Helen. I gave Charlotte and Phil a hard enough deadline in the first place and then I made things worse by giving them some poor quality original material to work from. They sorted it all out and delivered a top class result. Definitely a 5* service and great value for money. (Job was funeral Order-of-Service booklet, April 2016).
