After having quite a painful shoulder tendon and muscular issue Alex quickly identified the cause and worked on the problem. He gave appropriate exercises firstly to stretch and loosen then secondly to strengthen and I can honestly say I can function normally again. Im now back doing classes at the gym and building my strength back with weights. Thanks so much.

Always have a great experience at Physio Focus. Alex always listens to what your problem is and asks you so many questions to help get to the root of it. He gives you great practical advice for continuing your healing at home. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else for either physio or sports massages.

Absolutely brilliant therapy from Alex. After four sessions of intense therapy he cured me from my pain using his healing skills and excellent exercise advice . The whole experience was professional throughout and I would unequivocally recommend Physio Focus.

I had my first appointment with Alexander. I was not expecting much as I've been to several physios in Manchester, but he is excellent!! Very professional, approachable and knew what I have and what I need. Looking forward for my next session!!

I have been to Alex for various injuries, niggles and general maintenance, and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has resolved certain long-standing issues that I have had, when multiple other physios/health professionals failed to do so, and got me moving well and pain-free again, something I am eternally grateful for. His knowledge, application and manner are all excellent, but what really speaks volumes about Alex is his willingness to educate his clients, so that they can manage and resolve issues themselves where possible. In this respect, I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone requiring treatment, or even general maintenance to pre-empt and avoid injury.
