I have been working with Christos for almost a year now, and the change to my quality of life in that time has been unfathomable. Physio Pattern was one of the best investments of my life, I came in 3 weeks ago with a semi-serious issue in my wrist, and the progress made each session was astounding. All the pain almost magically disappeared. On top of this Christos is extremely friendly, constantly chatting and helping to keep my mind busy during the sessions. He is very knowledgeable and explains the science in an engaging and interesting way.

Christos was a pleasure to work with ! The communication from the start was amazing. I experienced my 4th episode of vertigo and was really concerned as I had had left it untreated. I booked a session with Christos and we went through my diagnosis step by step. After doing a few movement tests, we then did the actual BPPV movements and it worked like magic. I was advised to do the treatment for the next 2 days by myself and my vertigo at the end of these 2 days completely went away. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!

I had a great experience with Christos. I went in with vertigo attacks I'd been suffering from for years, and Christos diagnosed me and helped me eliminate them in a single session. He was very professional and attentive throughout, not rushing anything and taking the time to get to the bottom of things. Would definitely go to him again.
