I was sent to physiobeats via my solicitor for help with my back and neck after a heavy car accident, I was hoping for some hands on help with some pain relief and help get the flexibility back but instead I attended a very barron room in an old house with a woman who just in my opinion wanted to do very little and really didn't seem to care, she loosened my upper back and neck for approx 4/5 mins and that was the first session. Second session I was lay on a bed with a tens machine on for 30 minutes. It really did nothing for me at all. The bed was awful, I struggled to turn my head due to pain and the bed had no hole for me to lay face down so I had to turn my head it was awful. The "physiotherapist" lacked any motivation or care she just wanted to sit down. It seemed apparent that it is all set up for the motor claims scenario as its easy money for the business but as a patient I got very poor care and attention. My injury was authentic i had pain and discomfort and really could have done with legitimate physio but got nothing of the sort. The branch Is located next to retreat in bolton. What a waste of time.
