Ejaz and his amazing team of carers have been looking after my terminally ill father for the last 5 weeks . They are the most caring dedicated ,reliable team of carers you would ever wish to have . They don’t just show up to do the necessary they go above and beyond in every way .from giving my dad Pete a shave to massaging his hands and feet ,simple things but when you are bed bound give a bit of pleasure . They also never forget my mum who has to deal with the terrible strain of this awful situation 24/7 always offering words of comfort and support. I would have no hesitation in totally recommending pivotal as the go to care service , they are all amazing ,and as a family I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and care you have given us . The team are currently caring for my dad. Every member of the team have been outstanding. They are so kind and caring. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them. They will even come out at short notice on top of all the planned visits. We could not thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you
