We ordered a gluten-free vegan pizza for delivery. Had a notification it had been delivered (not to us). We called, and they said 3/4 minutes - 15 minutes later still no pizza!! The driver is on the road she said - another 10 minutes and still no show. Shall we send you another one - that's another hour!! Or linger if the driver gets lost!!!! Asked for a refund - sorry she said. No compensation - nothing What a waste of space they are - so Hangry right now - but will NEVER order from this s.ithole again.

Rating based on food alone. Ordered a few times from here and quality has gone downhill each time. Tonight was a "New Yorker create your own". The chicken and cheese looked good on it but the pizza tasted hard, somehow "chewy" but not in a good way like you might want from a proper stone baked pizza. Afraid this is the last time we'll be buying from here. Absolutely terrible for a massive chain (yes I know it's all franchises but still other nationwide chains don't have this particular issue to my knowledge).

ZERO STARS. Tasteless garbage. I've had better supermarket pizza. I'm sure "The Hut" used to be better than this, or maybe it's just this branch. Either way, never again. One big yuck and swerve. AVOID!!!

The customer service is 5/5. The man that delivered my food was very polite, as was the person on the phone. The food is average . The pizza was fresh but bland. Cheese had zero taste! All them chemicals in the cheese for it to taste of nothing lol. Also 3 pepperoni per slice isn't a pepperoni feast or what is advertised online. Cheesy Garlic bread wasn't very Cheesey the wedges were alright. Pizza Hut is a huge global chain, they should invest is fresh ingredients or at least better quality mass produced ingredients. Overall I wouldn't order food from here again but the staff are very pleasant.

The foods okay its almost always better to go to the bigger restaurants and sit down but when deliverd from here it's okay and they have a decent enough loyalty/rewards scheme
