Plastic ISNT Fantastic. Stay well away. Once youve paid them they want to know. Ive been ringing them for over 6 weeks with issues with my roof. No response. Would never use again. Gone with another roofer for repairs. The 10 year guarantee has no value. Very unprofessional outfit.

Updated from review below - extremely Dissatisfied Paul sent Danny out to repair the leaks and I was happy until that night we had heavy rain. My neighbour called me to tell me I had a new leak where Danny had re sealed one of the gutters. They took photos and sent to me which I sent onto Paul. Paul responded that he would send Danny out again. Since then I have been contacting Paul who has not bothered to get back to me. I am beyond satisfied and will now be going to trading standard. 4 of my neighbours had work done and 3 of them have had to pay to get the work rectified!!! The annoying dripping noise is keeping both us and my neighbours awake and the flooding is terrible. The after service is extremely poor. I would not recommend these to anyone. Take your well earned money elsewhere I am trying to get hold of this company after having work done last year. Since the work has been done the gutters are leaking badly around my property causing flooding to the front and back. I’m concerned that it is also causing damp. Paul please can you contact me to rectify the issues

So after seeing 2 of our neighbours having their external facias upgraded and the end result looking amazing, we decided to speak to Danny who was carrying out the work, he passed our details onto Paul the owner of the company. Paul rang me and arranged to visit the house and gave us a quote. Most people would get 2 or 3 quotes before agreeing to any work. We didn't need to do this as we could already see the end results from our neighbours. Danny was very friendly and professional, he explained what he was doing and was a tidy worker. Thank you Paul, Danny and plastic fantastic.

Excellent service from Paul and the fitters. Paul provided the price for a number of combinations. After agreeing our choice, white fascia’s and grey soffits for us, the guys were on site within a matter of days. Carried out a first class job though out. Well please with the result.

I've had to change my review due to the quality of the install and customer service. My extension roof started leaking after their install, I had the installer back 3 x. Each time I was reassured he had fixed it and each time it kept leaking. I then had to pay a roofer £210 to have a look and he replaced all the tiles that had had their edges broken by being walked on - no leaks now. Currently, I've contacted them 2 x with my guarantee to call them out to fix the leaking front gutter which has leaked a lot since install when we get heavy rain. I've had no response at all. I'm hoping this review shames them into action. Products fine, install and customer service terrible.
