All of our loaves are made of 100% sourdough starters apart from our 100% Rye Yeast Free Bread and Wholegrain Breads. Our recipes are simple, based on natural ingredients and traditional techniques.
Almost a 100 years ago, until the widespread use of commercial bakers’ yeast all bread was leavened with wild yeast. Respiring less actively than commercial strains our sourdoughs’ depth of character and flavour develops through a slow-fermentation process that lasts up to 72 hours. Thanks to this, the protein chains naturally bond together, meaning the bread is more digestible and much better for your body.

Shocking customer services sorry I don’t speak Polish , but I was expecting someone to speak English we are in UK aren’t we? Tried to call for 3 days total 25 calls was made and they hanged up on me. Daily Deliveries comes without invoices you only get weekly invoices which is confusing you have to check each item on the weekly invoice. They can’t even print the full date of the week, only the delivery date God knows for what week. They only love payments we are looking for a new supplier avoid if you don’t want this headache.

Ordered from here late yesterday and order arrived already today. Absolutely fantastic products and would highly recommend. However as someone avoiding wheat I ordered the 100% rye bread. The bread looks great however I won't be eating as ingredients list includes wheat crumb softener. This was not included in ingredients disclosed on website. Such a shame as I finally thought I had found wheat free rye bread in UK that is available in almost every polish shop in Ireland. I would still recommend this bakery for anyone looking for great fresh bread, the rest of the family love it!
