Firstly, you can only get a victorian green tile as deeply coloured with a lovely crackle glaze quite like this from the Porcelain Superstore. I now wouldn't look anywhere else (picture below). My tiler has also said they're a pleasure to lay. But also: every time I've made an order with Porcelain Superstore, the customer service has been absolutely top notch. They've been quickly able to amend my orders when I've not added enough tiles, but they've also been able to make bespoke orders, which have saved the day. So twice, Liz has saved the day. Why? I think it's because they're a small business. They hire great people, choose/make great products, and don't have a 'computer says no' attitude because they're nimble. A big company wouldn't have been able to save the day with bespoke orders quite like this. I now probably wouldn't look anywhere else.

I was really impressed with the quality of tiles and sample service. However, I don't think the postage costs are fully transparent. I initially ordered 7 sheets of mosaic tile and was charged for pallet delivery (£36 for non express). When they arrived, they were not on a pallet but in a normal sized package, delivered by DHL and the weight of the tiles was not particularly significant. We accidentally under ordered and had to make another order for just 4 extra sheets and paid £50 express pallet delivery, no other delivery options available (and we paid as we were in a rush), but again they were delivered via DHL to our door as a normal package. The delivery was on Friday for an order placed on Monday so not particularly fast delivery either. By contrast, my tile delivery (of around equal value) from Tile Mountain, which actually came on a pallet, was free. I understand that not all companies can offer free delivery but this seemed really excessive for the size/weight of packages and couriers chosen.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thank you ever so much for your assistance when serving the tiles (special thanks to Georgie, who went far and beyond to sort out a delivery UPS did not manage to complete) Products are amazing. And the free sample regime in place makes it really easy to chose from their larga variety of tiles. I would 1000 times recommend it. You are brilliant!

We have bought our flooring and splashback tiles for our new kitchen from Porcelain Superstore and both have been beautiful to look at and such good quality. We had a slight issue with our flooring tiles not being in stock but it was sorted immediately. The customer support from Georgie and Sophie has been second to none 😊

We had a mix up with the amount of tiles we needed and Liz was so helpful and came back to me when she said she would as well as running around to find the same batch number for us, she was just amazing. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are just brilliant. Also our tiles are just gorgeous.
