I left a good review as asked by the lady doing my post for me. She was very nice. But two days later I have had all my post delivered to ME ! She put my (return) address as the delivery address, despite it being written on the parcels clearly for her and me telling her. So not only have I paid for all my parcels to be posted to myself- my ebay customers are delayed in getting their purchases!!! Less concertation in asking for a good review and more on the job in hand would be helpful. This has set me back a lot.

Fantastic service at Chorlton Post Office. We got two passports (including a child’s) and hadn’t brought one parents passport details. They were very patient whilst I got the necessary information and helped us finish the process. Friendly and professional. Thank you!

Matt in the Chorlton branch was incredibly helpful today re travel planning. He provided us with travel insurance, international drivers permits and travel money. He wasn’t pushy but knowledgeable.

The staff at Chorlton Post Office are so professional, experienced, patient and kind. I needed to process a ‘Change of name’ form for my bank and to get a Post Office currency card. Dawn knew exactly which forms to use, talked everything through with me, and was efficient and kind throughout. It’s always a good experience using Chorlton Post Office, even at busy times, and even when trying to complete difficult, official forms.

What an amazing experience. I've been using the chorlton branch for our companies samples and are always met with kindness and amazing service especially from Amyna. She always treats me with the highest care. Would highly recommend!!!
