Alright shop for sending parcels but not much else. Palatable experience, could be worse. Workers behind till always have their ear pieces in so they're never fully with it. If you need an answer to a question you'll probably get a shoulder shrug at best...atleast you know they heard you. Never get a thank you either, even when I always give one. If it was me I'd try a bit more to give my customers a more tasteful experience but there you go. 3 stars at best.

Absolutely awful experience. Overcharged us for many parcels, ended up paying £200 extra. Being an online business, the owner decided to target us when he saw us dropping off around 100 parcels per day. He thought we wouldn’t check and decided to add a couple of £100 to our postage, after persuading us to purchase labels from him. We trusted him and were scammed. Please double check before using this place as I can see another person has left a review of being overcharged around 7 months ago.

used this Post Office a couple of times and its been OK but that's about all I can say. the shop is just tatty. It's shelves are bare, the shop is disorganized, and the customer service is barely adequate but that's about it Asked for a receipt for a returned parcel and the response I got was 'i think you get an email' that's it, hardly confidence inspiring. Will use a different one from now on, the people who run this one obviously couldn't care less

The worst post office I have ever been to. He started to stare at me very weirdly and started talking very dirty about me to his worker in Urdu and thought I couldn’t speak his language. Don’t go to it because he will try hit on you and he also tried to ask for my number when it was not needed to buy something. Very bad don’t go to it.
