Me and my friend went on a little weekend trip away to Manchester, we had a lovely time, all the staff were so lovely and supportive. My friend said the one that stood out was Mary, he would not shut up about how lovely she was when she got back lol. Thank You all for making the stay enjoyable xx

A clean and tidy place, lots of parking. Room was to the normal standard and staff very chatty/friendly. At adjacent Beefeater evening meal was very nice. Still unsure why they are limiting spaces for evening bookings! The cooked breakie is made to order and it was excellent. In the morning you need to enter the restaurant via the rear car park door.

Met Mary on the evening, she was the one of the most down to earth woman I’ve met, she was helpful with anything me and my friend needed. We need more people like Mary, all the staff were lovely aswell, there was another lady we met when checking in, she was also lovely. ThankYou all xx

Fantastic nights sleep and the reception girls were lovely. One particularly lovely lady who kindly gave us some biscuits after our chocolate got stuck in the vending machine! Room was lovely and clean. Thanks for a great stay

I don't know what Premier Inn's thinking is, but to have no bedside table on one side off the bed isn't acceptable. Add to that, no easy chair at all. The hot water at the basin was so slow running that it was painful. Also, the TV kept randomly cutting out. The free Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to and abysmally slow when you did get connected. Overall, it was a poor experience.
