Our family rooms include a double or kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Room size and set up can vary based on the hotel and the number of guests. Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams can raise the bed for easier wheelchair access. Stayed here ahead of a game. Great hotel, great staff, and fabulous rooms. I asked for an early check in and it wasn't a problem. Also asked for a room with a view and this is what they gave me! The hotel is ridiculously close to the ground and easy access to the tram line (took me less than 45 minutes to get from the Airport to the Hotel). It was also much cheaper than the overpriced hotel across the road.

I can not recommend this hotel anymore! We booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights, and our experience was awesome! The reception staff Aimee and colleague were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were really nice and had great views with tea and coffee facilities, tv, comfy beds, and walk-in showers, which were special and made our weekend stay great. Along the way to our rooms, the staff we met were helpful and accommodating to our needs and one of the chambermaid even ran ahead to open doors so we could go through with push chairs all the way to the lift. Breakfast, dinner, and the bar were very nice settings, with the staff being very friendly and helpful here together with all staff we encountered, which were great too.

Rooms very bland. No fridge. TV is in the middle of the wall and bed is offset to it. Shower had a split hose over the bath. Nothing in the area to do. Good location for tram stop behind hotel but is very loud in the morning. Staff were friendly in the restaurant. Food took over an hour to arrive and some people had not been served in that time. Not the worst hotel I've stayed in but needs to improve on the basics as described. Parking is an issue for the amount of people there. £6 a night on top of original bill to park.

Stayed for one night as I had booked an old Trafford tour for my husbands 60th birthday. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, bayliss and Harding toiletries, which was a nice touch. All staff we encountered extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend
