Most of our family rooms include a double or kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Room size and set up can vary based on the hotel and the number of guests. Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams can raise the bed for easier wheelchair access. No air con in any of the rooms, the fan provided only had one speed so very noisy at night. The meal deal appears good value however, very limited choice - no option to order any vegetables or salad anywhere in the menu. Starters included - tortilla chips, fries or chicken nuggets! The location of the hotel is good as close to the M6 - it made for a quick departure, which was the highlight of my stay.

Not the best place to stay if you work nights, lots of banging and drilling from maintenance, cleaners banging in neighbouring rooms. Get put on ground floor not on higher floors where theirs less noise for a good sleep like other Premier Inn's do. Room was expensive and I've paid less in others and had greater stays

Stayed here this week, usually can't go wrong with a premier inn. Rooms were good and clean, Service was good. Issue with this site is there isn't a physical bar in the hotel. You can get drinks but they are in a locked fridge and only bottled drinks and if you have booked a meal deal there are limited options to choose from for an evening meal. We ordered the carbonara and it was cooked in a microwave as it was served part cold. Sent it back and then came back a few min later piping hot. There is a TGI Fridays next door if you want a wider choice. I would stay again but not book a meal deal.

Staff friendly on arrival, rooms clean and as expected, plenty of parking. Had the meal deal and breakfast was good but the evening meal choice was limited and not the same standard as other Premier inns so worth going elsewhere for good. TGI next door and plenty of fast food outlets within walking distance.

Functional Premier Inn, but looking very tired now, un need of a freshen up. The location is OK for work purposes, but not great for much else. As always, staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast @£10.99 is steep.
