Most of our family rooms include a double or kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Room size and set up can vary based on the hotel and the number of guests. Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams can raise the bed for easier wheelchair access. Booked an accessible room plus a twin room, hoping/presuming we would be allocated the same floor but we were placed 2 floors apart which wasn’t ideal. Dealt with 2 members of staff on reception, female was not welcoming or particularly friendly ,the male was friendly, initiated conversation and was very helpful. The hotel desperately needs new carpets or at least a good deep clean. We ate in the restaurant next door, service was good, place had a nice family atmosphere but the food was quite disappointing. The portion sizes were small for the price.

Lovely wee lay over spot for our stay. Everything was as you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Often with cheaper rooms than just up the road. Perfectly located for the Trafford Centre with an Uber being around £10 from Salford station. Thanks a bunch guys 👌

As with all premier inn hotels, nice and clean. There is nothing special about the room. It had all the usual amenities. Food in the restaurant attached was hot and enjoyable.

Reception was welcoming I arrived 30 minutes early and reception was more than accommodating to check if my room was ready. It wasn't but with me being early she kindly put me in a room that was ready so I could freshen up.

My first stay in a Premier Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. The only negative was you can not pre-book an early check in, which caused me issues!!
