Fantastic hotel and one of the best we've stopped in. Great service, super friendly staff, great breakfast, and the Social is a fantastic place to hang out, eat and drink. Check in is so easy with the self check-in machines but if you can't do that, the staff are happy to help. Walking distance to the Trafford Centre and plenty of things to do nearby. Love that the parking is free and it's quite a big one too. Just make sure you register you car number plate near the bar.

Karen and val were the best! What a lovely stay from start to finish. This stay was a Christmas present for my little boy and the staff (especially val and Karen) went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pair of them are a credit to the company and really made us feel welcomed and at home. We came during the refurbishment so we new We wouldn't get breakfast the first morning but would on the Tuesday. It was worth the wait! Everything ran smoothly and was hot, fresh and tasty. The room is Everything you expect in a Premier Inn and clean and fresh. We'll definitely be back!

We lost the front desk in this hotel. There are screens (like at McDonald's) and one of the employees at the pub keeps an eye out to help. So 2 jobs lost and one job got extra work. But the hotel is nice and comfortable. Clean and tidy with onsite parking and restart. Right in front of a great shopping mall. A bargain in our books

Much nicer now that it has had a complete refit of the public areas, but rooms (even premier plus) starting to look shabby. The outside needs a good sandblasting to clean up the stone areas! Come on Premier Inn, for the times you charge £130+ per night at weekends just because some layabouts up the road are kicking a ball around, you can afford to smarten the rest up, and not just the public areas!

No photos of room or meal deal to share, perhaps next time, though let me review my stay. It's well located outside of the main area of Trafford Centre, but close enough to visit Trafford Centre, Golf Driving Range, Chill Factor e, Crazy Golf. Check in was good and booked in for the Restaurant evening meal. A lovely reception area with a bar at side of this, lots of seating areas and vending machines. Spare Tea, Coffee etc . I headed to my room through the corridors, it was clean and tidy throughout. Opened my room door, switched on lights and put luggage down. Something I was really happy about was whoever had serviced my room had kindly drawn the curtains and put the air con heater on, it was lovely and warm, so special thanks for that. Bathroom lovely and clean and an excellent shower. Bed very comfy, additional pillows available in the room. Good TV too. 6.30pm went to Restaurant, and its lovely in there, very comfortable. Meal Deal had mains and pudding. For Mains Beef and Ale Pie, for pudding Bramley Apple Pie with Custard. Had pint of Carling and later on a Bailey's Latte. Everything piping hot, nicely cooked, served promptly by cheerful staff, really lovely meal. Breakfast was buffet style, everything was spot on and totally enjoyed it. Thanks for a lovely stay at this hotel, see you soon.
