1 star from me Absolutely awful customer service! I texted twice with a simple enquiry, and although I could see the messages were read, I got no response. They completely ignored me. It's clear they have zero respect for their customers. Everyone should stay far away from this company. Their service is not just bad it's disgusting. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. Avoid them at all costs! Shame Shame Shame

Very nice people. Nice service helpful and prompt. Would recommend using them to fly to Bangladesh, If you need help, they are only too happy to oblige.

Very poor customer service. After booking with prime express, I wanted to amend my ticket. Turns out they were charging more than the actual ticket price just to amend the dates. First time using this agency and glad to say the last time as well. Not trust worthy people. I am dissatisfied because your agents were trying to charge me 600 POUNDS to change the dates. How does that make any sense ? I could buy a new ticket for that price or even for a cheaper price! Please reconsider what I have been advised and the extortion prices you have set. Unfair people.. ridiculous service.

I have used their service to send money to my mum in Bangladesh. It was easy and simply. I been sending money by phone whilst I am at hone. This is so convenient and I am so grateful for it, saves me travelling in horrible weather and with my kids with me.
