Outstanding customer service from Katie Watts at Printer Base. Really blown away- Katie was absolutely lovely. I ordered a printer I had been recommended by a fellow wedding stationer and Katie called me to check that the printer and the specs were right for the intended use. After I explained my intended use, Katie took her time to look at some other models to ensure I was getting the best printer. Also gave me a refund on the ink I had purchased and selected their own brand which was significantly cheaper. Called on the day of delivery to check I would be in and then gave me a discount code for all future purchases! Honestly could not fault printer base- what a breath of fresh air.

Probably one of the better online experiences with a shop and its sad that more don't do the same. They checked whether the specification was correct for my needs and they called to tell me that my parcel was going to come a specific time. They also guided me towards getting the 3 year warranty which was an added bonus, would give 6 stars if I could for that. Seems like a very good company that cares about customer experience. Canon G7050 Printer recieved is fantastic and well worth the money.

Awesome customer service! Company contacted us before the sale went through to check that the printer's features were what we wanted. And then when the order went through the printer arrived the same day! Plus they were competitively priced. A very happy customer
