This place is a real treasure trove. It's in a lovely old building with lots of huge windows letting in natural light, showing off a very wide range of furniture and decorative items. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they don't pressure you in any way, you're free to wander around at your own pace. Very much recommended.

After being down hearted going to the usual sofa big name stores I just, googled sofa outlet near me, up came Providence furniture. We turned up on a Saturday and walked into the mill, it immediately felt welcoming no sales men jumping on you, you can wonder around and look. Great selection of good quality furniture, and there in a corner our new settees the minute we saw them we new. Went to seal the deal and the gentleman was so friendly and helpful very happy to work around our needs, delivery is free (unlike others) within 29miles. I would highly recommend.

We would like to thank Peter and all at Providence for the manner in which our purchase of new furniture has been conducted. We cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail, the advice we were given and the courtesy shown, and the delivery within the time span given. We have no hesitation in advising anyone looking for quality at a reasonable price to visit Providence.
