I was having huge trouble finding a car that was right for me but the one I got from PSP was absolutely perfect, despite being over ten years old it felt brand new and drives fantastically. It was even freshly cleaned both inside and out before delivery! 5 star service from start to finish, found a fantastic car at a fantastic price and the service was the cherry on top. I wish I could leave a positive review but unfortunately I cannot. We bought a car in July and on the way home realised the LEDs of one headlight were not working. Unfortunately with this car, the whole unit needed replacing and getting the replacement from PSP cars took 2 plus months after having to threaten with the ombudsman, citizens advice and small court. It only took so long because he refused to spend more than 250 quid on it (the headlight is usually 600 quid). The seller whoever he wanted to buy the second hand light from was on holiday which led to the car failing its MOT and us having no transport for 2 weeks. We informed him about the seller being on holiday before the part was bought and went out of our way to find the cheapest replacement which we could get asap which was 360 pounds. By getting the 360 pound one, we wouldn't fail the MOT and would still be able to use the car but no, the reply was that he'll only pay 250 and we could pay the rest if we weren't willing to wait. It was an absolute disgrace. After this was finally replaced two weeks after the MOT originally failed and after causing us a lot of unnecessary stress, we asked him to replace a sensor which we also made him aware of at the time of purchase and he has been ignoring us ever since. He won't answer the phone, emails or text messages. Absolute terrible seller. Does a whole spiel of how amazing he is and how everyone loves him as a seller (it's the first thing he said when we met him) and then fails to actually help his customers. I would recommend not going here.

Couldn’t help but notice how cousins and other family members have all the five star reviews are you given by the surnames? However, this company is an absolute scam. What only do they overpriced everything they ignore all your messages and calls regarding issues paid for a service which I never received. Eventually he blocked me via the mobile so now I’ve had to take it to a small claims court, I was racially abused by the young salesman, when I questioned him about my service I paid for I never got it blocked me blocked me does not reply to messages or emails absolute con men

Extremely poor. Bought a car which and was told oil sump had been totally replaced. Huge oil leak on arriving home 50 miles later after buying. Told to have it fixed and promised to reimburse the cost of the fix. 8 weeks have passed and just keeps lying about paying for the fix or just straight up ignoring messages. Avoid at all costs, very disappointed in the service. EDIT: update, car failed MOT having only done 5000 miles since buying. Failures include entirely broken roll bar and near detachment of wheel. Dodgy mates have clearly given his cars the clean bill of health. Criminal company.
