Very pleased with the work i have had done recently.The lady on the phone was very polite and couldnt do enough to help me. I had my garden re turfed and had a patio put in. Looked wonderful and at a price i was definitely willing to pay. Made my garden look 100x better and i get so much more use out of it now. A very good job, we are really pleased with the results, especially as we have no more smelly drains and confident that the job has been completed by a professional team who know what they are doing. You would never know the drive had been taken up and a new drain laid. Thank you very much lads, Sam and Glenn who completed a very professional job and left us with an extremely neat, tidy drive afterwards We are absolutely delighted with our new garden that we can now use...it was like a swamp before..nothing was too much trouble really great guys who did the work especially Carl who did most of the patio and grass.The finished job is amazing. Everyone comments how great it is. High quality job with great attention to detail, they were prepared to modify the design to suit our requirements and never took the easy option but the one that looks good. We were very happy. We had some drainage work done in early December 2021 which included replacing / adjusting the drain pipes (Rochdale Road). Unfortunately, immediately after the work was completed it became apparent that the seal / fittings used on two pipes connected to the rain water pipe weren't sufficient (hopefully videos attached): When it rains, water gushes out of the pipe connection on the RWP onto the external brickwork. When the bath plug is pulled out to drain the bath - the contents of the bath gushes out of the pipe connection onto the external brickwork. When the washing machine drains that also drains onto the brickwork instead if into the gully. We have tried fixing this with gaffer tape, but that is not a permanent solution. We originally had the work done to prevent damp!! We have been in contact with Paul on several occasions regarding these snagging issues, and the response we have gotten varies from promises of a return visit to fix the connections (which I am sure would be a simple fix for them to do), to none. Paul did come out two weeks ago to have a look, but we have heard nothing since. It has been ongoing for six months now, and we are getting a little bit fed up with it. Happy to edit review if the problem gets resolved. **UPDATE** I am happy to now be able to update this review to 'resolved' status. The team came back and fixed the drainpipe, which actually meant reverting back to the hopper system which we had installed prior to the work taking place. It did take six months to resolve. We were informed of a change in personnel, so we were now dealing with different people, who were actually quite pleasant and helpful.

Called them on the off chance that they would install a robotic lawn mower for me. The gentleman called next day to give me a quote,instead he fixed the problem for me there and then I can't thank him enough I would certainly recommend this company to anyone .shame there is not more like them around
