Simply Fabulous ! We Contacted Sarah to book a date to survey and Jack turned up as agreed, we discussed what we needed, he listened and promptly Quoted , we agreed a date & again he turned up and Professionally completed the job to a very high standard, (and I’m fussy) Cant fault this company, Jack and the team were outstanding ! We then had Jack (The Carpenter) to lay the Wooden floor, again simply magnificent and I’m delighted with the finish , thank you all. 100% Recommend this business.

Asked for a job to be done at short notice, spoke to Jack who was very accommodating. Sarah at the office was also very helpful and gave the information I needed promptly. Jack and his team were professional and friendly, arrived on time and completed as per schedule. Great job, great service, very competitive price. Thank you guys. A definite RECOMMEND

I contacted Sarah at pure levels last year re quoting for a full screed on a renovated bungalow; Jack came out and surveyed my property and it was highlighted the floor in some areas was approx 50mm out. My first renovation and managing my money I realised I had other jobs to do before completing the floor and subsequently contacted Sarah again last month for a re quote, she was happy to honour my original quote. Jack came out on the agreed date and went the ‘extra mile’ because he realised the original concrete slab didnt have a membrane and this needed some extra work. I appreciate the extra membrane was installed at no extra cost and grateful for the professionalism to get the job done. Purelevels were a company I originally ‘googled’, I had no previous recommendations and was in the unknown only going off feedback, I would definitely recommend pure levels to anyone, my floor looks amazing and am really happy with their service.

I have been asking this company to visit my house since February to inspect the issues in my living room, hallway, landing and two bedrooms. Its now the 17th May and they have not been. Sadly this company isn't a bad company but they refuse to accept that they have done a bad job. My hallway is compromised and the flooring will have to be ripped up. £1100 not including fitting for that flooring that's bound for the skip. Living room. See the bulges. The carpet company visited and said while ever the bumps are in the screed the carpet will keep returning to this. Two out of three bedrooms are bumpy. The landing is poor. See the message telling me everything is normal when I had a query the day after it was done. I dont think this is normal at all. I could attach more photos but Id say the ones I have speak for themselves. What I also dont think is normal is sticking your head in the sand thinking it will all go away. Our only option now is small claims court. Now there's one letter that they can't ignore. Very sad, very tired, very disappointed that its got to this.

Overall a really good experience with Pure levels. Reached out to them and very quickly Jack came round to give us a quote. He talked us through all the options and was extremely helpful. Turned up when they said they would and talked us through everything, answering any questions we had. High standards of work and great communication. He really knows and cares about his work. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone looking to get underfloor heating and screed work done.
