I've just bought an Audi S5 from Dean and he couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the car and then let me have a good look around on my own. Avoid! Agreed a part exchange price and then after driving 4 hours to pick up the car they decided to try and knock off 1.5K as I didn’t have service papers. Told them previously that all service docs are online which they were happy with but after driving there they suddenly needed them printed which I couldn’t do as it was a Sunday. Told me to go to we buy any car. Absolute waste of time. Garage doesn’t look the best either!
