Bought a GTD prom Radcliffe Trade Car Centre. All i can say the after service for me has been lovely. Pleasant people always ready to help. If you want a car visit these boys they very professional really like the way they work Definitely would recommend to anyone out there

I bought a car in September, I got a warning light stating a gear box fault in October. I contacted the RTCC who said they’d fix the fault! So I took my car back to them which they then kept it for 1 month while the work was done! I collected the car and asked for any receipts from the work they’d had done! Surprise surprise no receipts! The car worked fine for a few week but the problem came back! The garage then told me it’s wear and tear and there nothing more they can do! 7 month later and the car is now completely knackered needing a new clutch! £3,200 down the pan and zero help from the company!

Absolutely disgusting this place. Bought our first car in September for £3,200 which broke down within 6 weeks. They took it back to ‘repair it’ and kept it for 4 weeks! We got the car back and within a week the fault was back. We got in touch with them to be told the clutch wasn’t their problem and it was wear and tear. Kept getting fobbed off when phoning and sending emails asking for the receipts for the work they claim to have done. We’ve still seen no proof of this! Seriously stay clear!

Great service from Amjed at Radcliffe Trade Car Centre. I got a call back about the car and he did a video call for a walk around as I couldn't travel to see the car. It had a few minor wear and tear issues but nothing out of the ordinary. Amjed was happy to clear the car of all MOT Advisories and service it. The car was delivered to me the following week and apart from one wee minor detail it's perfect. I'm happy with the service I got and he's even text a couple times to see how it's running. Thanks Radcliffe and Amjed👍😎

Awfull experience... Went 200 miles to see a white Skoda Superb... asked him on the phone if there was any damage to the vehicle he said no. Checked the car on carvertical no damage reported.. Finaly when we got there the back of the car was repainted. They did such a lauzy job that you can even feel the fresh paint on the handle of the right back side door.. Evwn when ypu look in the trunk you can see that it has been poorly repaired and NOT DECLARED... I feel sorry for the person that's gooing to buy that Skoda Superb from them...
