My daughter Sophia attended her first karate lesson last week with Helen Sensei she was excited to try after hearing about it in assembly at school, and it didn't disappoint my daughter loved it. She said Helen was lovely and she had lots of fun learning something new and she can't wait to come back next week. Thank you for making it enjoyable and a great learning experience for her, I found the environment totally welcoming last week too I had no concerns or apprehension about leaving her there to join in.

My daughter Frankie attended her first class last week, after her trying different clubs and classes in the past with no joy of her wanting to return, last week she tried Helen’s karate class and she loved it! She’s so keen and excited for her next class. Helen was so good with the group and the activities were brilliant. She has not stopped talking about the karate class!

My daughter Leia has been attending classes with Helen Sensei for the past 4 weeks, she had never done Karate prior to this and is absolutely loving it. The classes are fun and engaging she is learning new skills weekly aswell as developing her concentration and coordination. She is looking forward to trying for her first belt in a few months time. Thank you Helen Sensei and Red Tiger.

Helen Sensei is a great karate teacher and is very helpful. Both my son and daughter Agam and Meera love attending their karate classes. They find it really fun and energetic.

Freya is learning new skills, becoming more flexible and she said she feels more powerful inside and out! Great first few weeks and very excited to see her develop to get her first belt this summer under the sensai’s instruction, guidance and confidence in her students thanks Helen
