Signed up for the 6 week program after a few years of personal issues had left me in a low place, physically and mentally. After 1 week of being pushed hard in the gym I knew I had made the right decision. 8 weeks later (signed on for more 😎) I have never felt better. My physical shape and fitness has massively improved and my mental state is great. The coaches are professional and friendly and really know their stuff. They take each person on their own merits and set personal goals tailored to your individual situation. Doing the course with a small group is brilliant, pushing each other along the journey. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend RBT.

I joined RBT with some trepidation, signing up for a 6 week induction course. At 58, being very overweight and unfit the thought of entering a gym for the first time in 30 years I didn't have high expectations of myself or what could be achieved. 10 weeks on and such a different story. I've lost over 6kg, started to see changes in body shape and definition. Fitness levels are greatly improved along with 2" reduction in waist line and blood pressure is now under control and near normal. The instructors are motivational, knowledgeable and very approachable.. They take time to help tailor individual meal plans, nutrition splits and calorie goals and provide focus for each member of the small classes. It's the best of both worlds, near one on one support but with the benefits of group dynamics. The equipment and facilities are superb, plenty of rigs, aerobic machines, free weights, bands and other kit. There's showers, a sauna and an ice bath as well. If your looking to get back into a gym that provides great atmosphere, facilities, support, encouragement and an ever changing variety of routines and session times you can't go wrong with RBT.

In one month I have lost 10% body fat, seen my energy levels improve, the sessions are tailored, the after care and support again has been tailored to my goals and has been very supportive.The gym equipment and facilities with cold bath and sauna are excellent. Small group sessions with a real friendly atmosphere with continued instructions from team really encourages me to push myself further each time.At 56yrs of age this has been a real game changer for me, and I would encourage others to take the step

A great way to get fit. I had been using a PT for some time, but it was expensive and it was solitary. RBT is a cost-effective way of getting excellent training with like minded people. The gym is well-equipped and the trainers really push you to get the most out of your sessions. A great mix of strength and cardio training. If you are thinking of getting fit then don’t just think about it! That’s not going to get you anywhere! Come and join us - have some fun and get ready for your budgie smugglers this summer.

Initially signed up to the 6 week course and found it to be fantastic. The coaches are brilliant and willing to offer help and advice any step of the way. The classes are well organised and really get you working hard. I’ve struggled with fitness for a long time yet have found this so easy to get into and also found my commitment and motivation coming back. 100% recommend.
