Results is a super welcoming and friendly place to work out. I'd say it's halfway between a gym and PT - the coaches provide you with your plan each month and you follow it independently, but they are always there to help if you need. As someone who does not particularly love the usual kind of gym (having to decide what to do/wondering if I'm doing it right/not feeling welcome in the weights section etc.), Results is so good. Everyone has their sheet of exercises so you don't feel silly having it and if an exercise feels a bit strange, there's probably someone just over from you doing exactly the same one so you don't ever feel judged. Also, no complicated gym machine contraptions that you have to adjust every time, just weights/squat rack/bands/rower/swiss ball etc. It's fab!

No other gym has made me excited to get up and work out at 6.45am! Results inc has such an inclusive and friendly atmosphere and the coaches are all really lovely, supportive and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend, particularly if you’ve ever felt intimidated or lacking direction in a ‘big gym’ environment. Update: since my original review the Coaches at Results Inc have been amazingly supportive throughout my pregnancy and subsequent PP recovery, providing me with tailored workout programmes and regular check-ins. Couldn’t ask for better! It’s really helped me to stay working out and motivated me to keep looking after my body.

Results is a great place to work out. The coaches are all super friendly, supportive and always happy to help and encourage. I didn’t have a clue about fitness or weight training before I came to results but since I’ve started coming I’ve actually enjoyed exercising and my confidence in the gym has grown significantly. It’s the only fitness regime/gym I’ve ever stuck with and it’s been over three years now. The members are all super friendly too, no posers and no judgement. A big thumbs up from me!

Today Results Inc really went the extra mile for me. I have been a member at Results Didsbury for several years now and have always been really happy with the expert service they have provided. I injured my foot over the weekend and within an hour or so of me letting them know about it this morning I had received a fresh, foot friendly program complete with video demo of the substituted exercises from David. Brilliant!! Thanks!

Joining results was the best thing I could have done. Mentally I am feeling stronger and physically fitter. I am doing strength training I didn’t even know I had in me! Joe and the team here are so so supportive. You have the freedom and independence of your own tailored program which is changed every month to keep it fresh and interesting, but also the support of a small friendly gym including lovely members and coaches. Easy to track your progress with your own coaching folder. They make fitness enjoyable and feel much easier than other gyms. Definitely join, couldn’t recommend enough 😊
