Contacted by Ian Swan after an enquiry a year or so prior to retirement to get an idea of my options. He kept in touch periodically without badgering. When I was ready he did a very good and professional job in searching out the best deals and advising on my options. He and the whole team were professional from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in reccomending them.

Retirement Professionals provided me with in-depth and informed guidance to pension providers and products in the market. Understanding my personal pension needs they provide a choice of pension investments that exceeded my expectations. I have experienced two separate transactions 3 years apart and both were great experiences. The people I deal with were very knowledgeable and kept my best interest at all times. I found Retirement Professionals excellent to deal with. Initial contact was with a chap called Ian, very friendly with a laid back approach (no pushing! ). I was introduced to Hayleigh who took up my pension transfer, again very friendly and kept me informed on all aspects as it progressed. I need to transfer another pension next year so I will definitely be using them again.

I cannot speak more highly of the two staff members (Ian Swan and Hayleigh Bell) who organised each aspect of our business union using my daughter as first line of contact (I have Parkinson's disease and find areas of difficulty in most everyday situations). Their professional approach in establishing my "needs" was most refreshing and combined with the integration of humour made the whole exercise thoroughly enjoyable.
