I spent over three grand to have new flooring throughout my new house, which is a lot of money to me. Unfortunately, I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the work I received for that. The attached pictures shows examples throughout my property where the beading looks an absolute rough mess. Poor measurements, inaccurate cuts, blobs of the wrong colour filler, and corners that are not flush, are according to them “how it’s supposed to be”, and they refuse to accept any responsibility for how awful it looks, nor putting it right. I now have the additional expense of having someone to come out from a reputable company that knows what they’re doing, to fix the mess they’ve left, which may potentially involve having to have the entire house re-beaded. All because they refuse to accept any accountability for my not being happy with the standard and quality of their workmanship. I sorely regret not going with an alternative business for my needs, and in my opinion, they’ve demonstrated a significant lack of integrity, accountability and professionalism as a business. I would not recommend this company, and would advise people who take pride in their premises to look elsewhere before trusting these people with your money!

I've recently purchased a flat in Manchester and Right Carpets have done a great job replacing the bedroom carpets. They were half the price of other competitors quoted me and also turned the job around in less than a week (while competitors said it could take up to 4 weeks to get the job done). They were also super friendly and approachable with my limited carpet knowledge as a first time home owner - would definitely recommend their service, thank you guys.

We are decorating the living room and required a new carpet. We live in Salford so decided to pop in and have a look. Oh my goodness. I was bowled over by how helpful the owner was and he really helped us, got out loads of samples for us, and told us which was the best quality of carpet for our budget. We picked a carpet there and then and was very happy with the price. There was a slight issue on our side of things and they were very accommodating. They were very good at keeping me updated too. We are extremely happy with the end results and will be going back for the kitchen lino and laminate flooring in the hallway.
