These guys dug me out of a ditch I couldn't get out of! I spent 4 years sofa surfing with friends before approaching these guys, within a week I was in my own place! Owner is very friendly and helpful, the staff are helpful too! Very popular landlord, rarely has properties so this should tell you how reliable they are, Tennant's have been in their properties a long time. Was recommended to these off a friend and I'm glad I was. Thank you guys!

Do not rent from these estate agents, it's not worth the stress. They act useless but I don't think this is an accurate way to describe them. It's all a calculated effort to avoid providing any kind of service to the tennants. Oh and don't expect to speak to Paul ever. He pretends to not be in and stands there telling his staff what to say on the phone. We've caught him doing it more than once.

Criminal landlords, they've been struck off the register and are not allowed to legally let properties, which makes you wonder why the council isn't taking action against them. I had a flat for a number of years, it was plagued with damp, falling apart walls and ceiling. Two rooms the ceiling collapsed in on two occasions, they then send cowboys around who leave all your belongings covered with dust without any notice. Mould is rampant as the building leaks. Any complaints are ignored and threats to take action result in threats of illegal eviction. They have been taken to court many times and each time they don't pay. The company isn't even on companies house which means they probably don't even pay any tax. Avoid these criminals at all costs, they need to be locked up for a very, very long time. I left without any notice and just feel sorry for which ever poor sod has to attempt to live there afterwards.

Would not even give these cowboys 1 star do not rent from these scammers. They will steel your deposit and rent you a property that is not fit for rent. I lost 20k in a raw sewer flooding because of these brothers,, took them to court won damages and compensation for personal injury for myself & my son,, never received a penny how convenient that these two brothers that own this shambles, signed over the company to someone else probably this horrible cheeky Brenda- the company Rothwells is actually owned by criminals that have been ripping innocent people off for years. They have been taken to court numerous times and owe thousands. One of the owners even being sent to prison. They were also struck off the landlord list revoking their licence to rent properties. ( This is when brother two stepped in). This is how they were able to scam me... The property had a known drain problem & one day I came home to find the outside drain had exploded everywhere leaving feaces everywhere. They tried to say the apartment was safe to live,, until I contacted environmental health who placed a probition order on it. I never moved bk in and lost everything. Don't let this happen to you & your family. Rent from a reputable company as you are never secure when u rent unsuitable properties. I ended having a probition order placed on my flat and all my contents deemed contaminated. I had to leave it all. Think twice renting a property from these could cost you thousands. I'm currently working with TV broadcasters to try and get my story out there. What happened to us shouldn't happen to anyone. Think Twice.....

Absolutely shocking. They've no idea about managing or looking after a property. It's guys like these that give landlords a bad name..managing agents by backside. Paul, wakey wakey total waste of food and oxygen.
